Part One.
So, as most know, we have a house in Lakeside that we are doing an
moderate extensive renovation on. I do not know why we decided to do this
now. Newlywed with a new
ish baby. So not ideal. But! Alas, escrow papers were signed, keys were handed over, bank accounts were drained, and the work began. Rafal started on the master bedroom since he planned on staying there full time as he works down the street.
